~ Experienced in modern European cuisine

~ Minimum 3 years in culinary management level

3.Sous Chef
Requirements:
~ Experienced in Local & Chinese cuisine
~ Creative, self-motivated & team player

~ Minimum 3 years in culinary management level

4.Management Trainee
Requirements:
~ Preferably with relevant knowledge & experience in Hospitality Industry
~ GCE "O" Level / NITEC CBS / Diploma
~ Self-motivated with positive attitude
~ Strong communication skills & team player
~ Will be expected to be trained in different Departments & Outlets
~ 6 days work week included weekend & public holiday
