Terms and Conditions


Warranty of Goods/Services
1. All our products will last for 3 hours upon delivery under fair weather conditions, unless otherwise stated.

Prices
2. All our prices are subjected to prevailing GST. No discounts will be given unless during promotions.

Payment Processing
3. We only accept CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX & Corporate cheque payments.

4. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.

Cancellation of Orders
5. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.

6. Cancellation charge will be levied at 50% of total amount if notice is given in less than 72 hrs or 100% if less than 24 hrs prior to date of function.

Confirmation of Orders (where applicable*)
7. *Details of orders must be finalized 5 days prior to the function date as no adjustment will be allowed thereafter.

8. *A non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation.

9. *Any amendments of details on order form must be done on the proof and fax with signature. No verbal alteration will be accepted.

10. We will send an electronic acknowledgement or contact the customer via phone within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, we will contact the customer to inform them.

Exchange & Refunds
11. All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
