Guide to Service :
~ Enjoy within 1 hours from collection time or delivery
~ Chill condiment ie. prawn, egg, chive and lime
~ Transfer mee siam gravy to electrical rice cooker and set to warm, not cook!
~ Pick vermicelli into bowls
~ Pour gravy over vermicelli and drain, repeat twice
~ Choose condiment as one desire
