: Can I change some items of the menu?
- Substitution of items is permissible between the same price range
(For example, between Kriston Delight A and Kriston Delight B) - Item change has to be correspondingly between the 2 menus
(For example from Kriston Delight A - item 1 [Chinese Cold Combination] to Kriston Delight B - item 1 [Vegetarian Cold Combination]) - A maximum of 3 items can be changed
- Fruit Punch can replace one dessert item
- A La Carte pricing will apply if items are selected from multiple menus

- "Duration 3 hours only" is a guideline to ensure that our food service is at its best condition.
- Collection can be arranged for a later time, during booking. However if the collection time is after 10 pm, there will be a midnight charge.
- Your choice of menu should depend on your guest profile. e.g. age group, nationalities or special dietary requirements.
- 2 children (below 12 years) can be considered as one adult.
- You may prearrange for a container of ice (10 gallon) for $10.00 per container.
- We provide a buffer of 10 percent for the amount of food served. However, popular items tend to run out sooner than other items.
