Dear Kereen

I am writing in to compliment Kriston for the excellent food that was served at the recent function.  The food was very good and many of our guests and colleagues complimented on the food.

Also, I will also like to compliment on the excellent service of your staff.  The two gentlemen who delivered and also collected the food at the end of the function were very helpful.  As there were still quite an amount of food untouched, they were very helpful to pack the food in the take-away boxes.  Even though this was not within their duty, they were very patient and polite during the whole time.  The gentlemen also took initiative to pack the boxes into the plastic bags and categorised them into different plastic bags.  It was really nice to work with such pleasant staff at the end of a long day.  

Sorry I did not manage to get their names.  Still, I would like to you to relay my thanks to them.  With the great food and excellent service, I will definitely recommend Kriston to my colleagues and associates.
