Just wanted to compliment the team of people who worked to ensure our function was a success.  The people who set up the BBQ were very professional and pleasant to work with.  The BBQ chef, Mr Dave Tan, is worth a special mention.  He was very nice, courteous, and helpful and was a hit with our staff.  He was also very professional in his approach.
